Placing an Order
- Do I need to have an account to place an order on mdspower.com?
- How can I place an order?
a) As a Guest
To place an order as a guest, simply add the product (s) to your cart and select: Place Oder. Fill out the “Place your order” form, select shipping method, enter your payment information and finally confirm your order.
b) Login your account
If you have an account, Log In with your username and password. Select the product (s) and add
them to your cart and select Place the Order.
Minimum order policy
If you are placing an order as a guest, the minimum order is $ 100, excluding shipping chargers.
If you have an account, there is no minimum order policy.
Order processing time
Most orders placed for products in stock will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that orders placed after 3:00PM or during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
For products out of stock, processing times depend on manufacturer availability. Please Contact us for more information.

Manufacturers’ warranties are provided for all products. Client must process any warranty claims according to the manufacturers’ instructions.
MDS Power makes no warranties which extend beyond the description of the materials ordered. All other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly excluded.
Returns request must be made promptly within 30 days of shipment and must be expressly authorized by an RMA#. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price. MDS Power will accept for return only new, standard stock, non-defective, unused, in warranty, and originally packaged products. All returns are subject to receiving inspection before credits can be processed.
All claims for unsatisfactory shipment of goods must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of goods. If MDS Power does not accept client’s order or cause client’s order to be delivered, the sole liability of MDS Power is to refund any amounts already paid. Under no circumstances will MDS Power be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

To access your account, go to My Account and sign in using your username and password
- Reset or lost password
If you forgot your password enter your email address that appears at the bottom section of the My Account page, and you will receive a new password.

Use My Account Page to manage and modify all orders and carts, modify your credit card information or edit your account profile and manage shipping addresses:
Order / Invoice tracking: Review and track all your orders and see all invoices.
My Frequently Ordered Products: See the list of products that you ordered in the past and easily reorder them.
My Credit Cards: Add or update credit card information.
My Profile: Access or edit your General Information, manage your addresses or modify your password.
